I ordered this after seeing it on a facebook page for parents & carers of Type 1 diabetics. Another mum was sharing her experience of the product and I thought it sounded great. I went straight to the business page and read about it. Before ordering I had a couple of questions so I emailed them. The business owner responded quickly and was really lovely. Feeling reassured that it was suitable for us, I ordered a tag. It arrived quickly and was so easy to set up. I feel it’s such a great item for so many situations and is fairly priced. For me, it offers a little extra piece of mind for when my Type 1 diabetic son isn’t with me, should he need any medical assistance. My daughter, who is 19, also commented that it’s good for diabetics going to festivals & on nights out as medical emergencies for Type 1’s, can look like they are drunk etc. I highly recommend this product 😊

Lovely item and bought cause was recommended. Great idea for easy access to medical info but from a different perspective the tag it’s quite small text and doesn’t scream medical information so can just look Like a keyring. Maybe if it incorporated a medical logo
I'm so pleased you like the idea of making medical information easy to access. We actually took the decision not to use a traditional medical symbol because not everyone in the general public recognises what it means. Instead, we designed the tag with clear wording and simple instructions so that anyone who finds the wearer knows exactly how to access their emergency information with a quick scan.
