Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Safe & Snappy bands, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💛 Our returns window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


✅ Eligibility for a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unworn / unused

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Because our bands are safety products, we can’t accept items that appear used or damaged by the customer.


📩 How to start a return

To request a return, email us at info@safeandsnappy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns should be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

  • A returns label if your item is faulty or we made a mistake

For change-of-mind returns (where the item is not faulty), you’ll be responsible for the cost of return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🧡 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible – whether that’s a replacement, repair or refund.


🚫 Non-returnable items

We’re not able to accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (marked as sale at the time of purchase)

Custom/personalised items (if offered in future) will be clearly labelled as non-returnable unless faulty.

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, please email us before sending anything back.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you’d like is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

This means your new band can be processed and dispatched straight away.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@safeandsnappy.com.
