Perfect for children and adults with...

Click on any condition below to read more about how the band can help.

Diabetes

The band can show their diagnosis, insulin type (Novorapid, Lantus, Humalog, Tresiba), whether they use a pump or injections, target blood sugar range, hypo symptoms to watch for, and what to do in an emergency. Give a sugary drink, use the glucagon kit, call for help. You can update dosage anytime as it changes. First aiders will know exactly what's happening and what to do.

Epilepsy

The band can show their seizure type (absence, tonic-clonic, focal), medications (Epilim, Keppra, Carbamazepine, Lamotrigine), how long seizures usually last, when to call 999, and whether they carry emergency rescue medication like Buccolam or Midazolam. You can add instructions like "do not restrain" or "put in recovery position after seizure."

Severe Allergies and Anaphylaxis

The band can list allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, shellfish, sesame, bee stings, wasp stings, penicillin, and latex. It can show whether they carry an EpiPen or Jext, including the dosage (150mcg or 300mcg). You can add antihistamine details (Piriton, Cetirizine), what symptoms look like, and clear instructions like "use EpiPen in outer thigh, call 999 immediately."

Asthma

The band can show their triggers (exercise, cold air, pollen, dust, pets), reliever inhaler (Salbutamol or Ventolin, usually blue), preventer inhaler (Clenil, Seretide, Fostair, usually brown or purple), whether they use a spacer, and emergency instructions like "10 puffs through spacer, call 999 if no improvement."

Autism and ASD

The band can show their diagnosis, communication style (verbal, limited speech, non-verbal, uses AAC device), sensory sensitivities (loud noises, bright lights, crowds), and calming strategies that work. You can add notes like "may not respond to name," "don't touch without warning," or "speak calmly and slowly." Helps strangers understand how to help without making things worse.

Heart Conditions

The band can show their diagnosis (ASD, VSD, Tetralogy of Fallot, Long QT Syndrome, cardiomyopathy), medications (beta blockers like Propranolol, blood thinners like Warfarin, diuretics like Furosemide), pacemaker or ICD details, activity restrictions, and emergency instructions. Paramedics will know immediately what they're dealing with.

Coeliac Disease

The band can show "strict gluten-free diet," list what's unsafe (wheat, barley, rye, oats unless certified GF), cross-contamination warnings, and symptoms if exposed (stomach pain, vomiting, fatigue). Useful for school dinners, birthday parties, sleepovers, and anywhere food is served by someone who doesn't know them.

Haemophilia and Bleeding Disorders

The band can show their diagnosis (Haemophilia A, Haemophilia B, Von Willebrand Disease), severity level (mild, moderate, severe), clotting factor type (Factor VIII, Factor IX), dosage based on current weight (for example "50 units per kg"), treatment centre contact, and emergency instructions like "apply pressure, do not give aspirin or ibuprofen, contact haemophilia centre immediately." You can update weight and dosage instantly from your phone.

ADHD

The band can show their diagnosis, medications (Methylphenidate, Ritalin, Concerta, Elvanse, Lisdexamfetamine, Atomoxetine, Strattera), dosage and timing, and any side effects to watch for. You can add notes like "takes medication at 8am and 12pm" or "may be hyperactive if dose missed." Helpful for school trips, respite care, and overnight stays.

Addison's Disease

The band can show their diagnosis, steroid medications (Hydrocortisone), emergency injection details (IM Hydrocortisone 100mg), signs of adrenal crisis (vomiting, confusion, collapse), and clear instructions: "call 999, this is an emergency." Adrenal crisis can be life-threatening. Fast recognition saves lives.

Dementia and Alzheimer's

The band can show their diagnosis, tendency to wander, home address, medications (Donepezil, Memantine, Rivastigmine), and emergency contacts. If they get confused or lost, whoever finds them can scan the band and call you immediately. They don't need to remember anything.

Non-Verbal and Communication Difficulties

The band can show "non-verbal" or "limited speech," how they communicate (Makaton signs, PECS cards, AAC app on iPad), what distress looks like, calming strategies, and parent contact details. If they get lost or separated, whoever finds them can scan and understand immediately. No words needed.
