Each bundle is one range in a fixed set of four colours. Colours and ranges can't be mixed within a bundle. To choose your own colours, buy the tags individually.

How it works

1. Register each tag online using the Product Code printed on the back.
2. Add the information you want a helper to see, such as emergency contacts, medical conditions, medications, allergies or communication needs.
3. Clip the tag to a bag, coat, keys or lanyard.
4. If help is needed, someone taps the tag with a compatible smartphone to see your chosen information and call you. No app needed.

Each tag has its own Product Code, so every person or bag can have its own profile. You can update the details at any time, without replacing the tag.

Not in the Family Bundle. Each bundle has a fixed set of four colours. Individual tags are available in all colours.

Do I need a separate profile for each tag?
Yes. Each tag registers separately, so you can set up one for each child, or one per bag or coat.

Does the person who finds them need an app?
No. They just tap the tag with a compatible smartphone.
